Extra Hi-Temp Synthetic Carbonatic Black Grease

Greashield 633 XHT is a specially developed heat resistant lubricant that provides the essential protection required to operate equipment at intermittent temperatures up to 600 ^oF. For this reason the unique blend of MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE, GRAPHITE, and other special viscosity additives give Greashield 633 XHT the prime advantages over ordinary high-temp grease.

Greashield 633 XHT also contains a multitude of corrosion and rust inhibitors that prevent the formation of rust and oxidation build-up.
This allows Greashield 633 XHT to construct capillaries within it self that attact and deluse heat evenly throughout the grease, thus creating a highly stable lubricant at all times.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Greashield 633 XHT is recommended for lubricant of kiln car wheel bearings, furnace door hinges, heat exchange motor bearings.
Oven conveyor chains and other high temperature applications. The molybdenum disulfide acts as dry lubricant in the event the grease is forced out of the bearings through seal failure or through an interruption in the normal process of lubrication to the bearings.
