Heavy Duty Chassis Bearing Grease

Greashield 677 is a heavy duty, E.P Multi-Purpose Lithium grease strengthened with polymers, tackiness additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors and the highest viscosity base oil.
Greashield 677’s advanced formulation provides a grease unmatched in both adhesive and film strength quality. This grease is engineered to “stay in place” under the most severe operating conditions. Greashield 677 is also designed carefully to resist water “wash-out” and extreme wear from shock loading.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

• Super adhesive quality makes for an ideal chassis lube for “off-road” trucks, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, logging equipment and mining equipment.
• Also great for rock crushers, oil field equipment, offshore drilling equipment and marine deck equipment.
• Also recommended for industrial plain bearings and anti-friction bearings operating under shock loads or wet and dirty conditions under 3000 RPM.
• Ideal lubricant for “slide & ways” and “fifth wheels”.

NOTE : Tackiness additives used to make grease “stay in place” make this grease harder to pump and may require the use of a heavy follower plate in air operated grease pumps.
NOT GOOD FOR CENTRALIZED DISPENSING SYSTEMS COMMONLY FOUND IN INDUSTRIAL PLANTS.
