Synthetic Food Grease

Greashield 658 SFG is the universally accepted Food Machinery grease U.S.D.A. Code : H-1 specifications developed for use in the food or drug packing industry.
Greashield 658 SFG is approved by the U.S.D.A. for incidental contact with food. Greashield 658 SFG’s white, smooth buttery texture give it an exceptionally high dropping point (600 ^oF minimum).

In addition to the high dropping point the Greashield 658 SFG has very low temperature pumpability, enabling the grease to perform well over a wide range of operating temperatures. Not only does Greashield 658 SFG’s additive blend incorporate the finest rust and oxidation inhibitors available, this unique food machinery grease is ideal for the lubrication of processing and canning industries, and other common heavy bearing industries as well.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Greashield 658 SFG’s is approved and recommended by the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE for use in lubricating ball bearings, roller bearings, needle bearings, journal and sliding bearings which are commonly found in the food and beverage processing machines.
